Our Story
Through spiritual guidance, Creative Minds Consulting, LLC (CMC) was established in 2016, during a time of deep prayer, reflection, and spiritual discernment. The name Creative Minds was inspired by the idea of HR professionals collaborating, combining their individual gifts and talents to innovate and uplift.
At CMC, we’re committed to empowering the next generation of young women through our Creative Minds Girls Mentoring Program. This initiative focuses on providing young girls with the tools and support they need to build confidence, leadership, and resilience.
We also offer virtual externships to HR and Marketing students, helping them gain hands-on experience and develop essential skills for their careers. Our business clients are provided with tailored services designed to meet their unique needs, while our HR externs benefit from practical, real-world applications of their studies.

Meet the Heart Behind Creative Minds
Ebony Daniels, M.A.
Founding Director
Ebony is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in training and development across human resources, retail management, and healthcare. A former member of the Society for Human Resource Management (SHRM) and the Detroit SHRM Chapter, Ebony also served as the Director of Professional Development for Detroit SHRM for two years. During her tenure, she led the mentoring program and created a comprehensive Mentor & Protégé Guide to support HR professionals, students, and members transitioning into the HR field. She also facilitated structured mentoring workshops to foster professional growth.
In addition to her HR expertise, Ebony is the Director of Creative Minds, where she has been passionately mentoring young girls for nearly 10 years, making a positive impact on their lives. Since 2017, Ebony has also been an active member of Toastmasters, further developing her public speaking and leadership skills. She holds a Master’s degree in Organizational Management (Master of Arts), and her diverse and transferable skills have consistently motivated her to give back and pay it forward, supporting the growth and success of others.
