CM Girls Mentoring Program is designed to help girls build unstoppable confidence by exploring new experiences, engaging in team-building activities, having empowering conversations, and embracing positive values.
Our secret sauce? A powerful blend of Life Skills and Team Building — the key ingredients for success! While having a blast, girls will learn to set bold goals, tackle problems head-on, and communicate like leaders, all while growing into their most confident, empowered selves. Plus, our workshops feature special guests who bring exciting, hands-on experiences, giving girls plenty of opportunities to participate, ask questions, and shine!

"Dream Big, Work hard!"
The pre and post-assessments were correlated from A Short Instrument for Measuring Students Confidence with ‘Key Skills’ (SICKS): Development, Validation, and Initial Results. There was a significant increase among the following statements:
Question 1- "How confident are you to work in pairs or small groups to complete a task together?"
* 45.5% of the girls agreed, after the program, 51.% of the girls agreed.
Question 2- "How confident are you to answer questions in front of an audience?"
* 16% of the girls agreed, after the program, 46% of the girls agreed.
Question 3- "How confident are you to create something new that can help you express your ideas?”
* 43.2% of the girls agreed, after the program, 51.2% of the girls agreed.
Question 4- "How confident are you to track your progress and change things if you are not working the way you should?”
* 45.5% of the girls agreed, after the program, 51.2% of the girls agreed.
The Mentoring program increased the confidence of the 4th-5th grade girls that participated. The girls would likely exhibit more success with continuous programming.
