Through spiritual guidance, Creative Minds Consulting, LLC also known as (CMC) was established during a time of deep prayer, reflection and spiritual discernment. CMC's name derives from HR people collaborating ideas based on their individual gifts and talents. It is a virtual dual consulting business designed to offer externships to HR students and services to businesses ranging from small to mid-size. HR student externs gain the experience necessary to enhance their skills and businesses are provided services based on their unique needs to operate effectively.
Ebony Daniels is the president & CEO of Creative Minds Consulting, LLC. She is a professional with a Master's of Arts Organizational Management degree (MAOM) emphasizing in human resources. Ebony has over 15 years in training and development in human resources, retail management and healthcare. Ebony has been a member of the Society for Human Resource Management (SHRM) and Detroit SHRM Chapter. With Detroit SHRM, Ebony accepted a board position as Director Professional Development in which she served for two years. She led the mentoring program, designed and developed a mentor & protege guide for HR professionals, students, and members transitioning into the HR field. She even facilitated structured mentor workshops to promote professional growth. She helped promote Human Resources Certification Institute (HRCI) SHRM learning courses for individuals seeking professional, senior or global certifications in PHR/SPHR/GPHR. Ebony's transferable skills has inspired her to pay it forward by helping students reach their fullest potential.
Currently, Ebony serves as a member of Toastmasters International vice president of Public Relations for Saturday Sunrisers of Livonia.

Gaadeh Abouarabi graduated from the University of Michigan- Dearborn 2019. She pursued a dual bachelor degree in Human Resource Management and Information Systems Management at the College of Business (COB). Gaadeh was a former HR student extern with Creative Minds Consulting where she gained some experience in recruitment strategies. She also had many campus involvements including being the president for the Society of Human Resource Management Student Chapter at UM-Dearborn. Gaadeh's leadership roles lead her to being selected as 2019 UM-Dearborn Difference Makers and COB Student of the Year. Gaadeh is fluent in both English and Arabic language.
Makala Conner graduated from Loyola Marymount University in Los Angeles, California with a bachelor of Science in Health & Human Sciences in 2019. She is EMT certified and has a plethora of experience in healthcare. Makala's primary interests include public health and environmental justice. She has over 7 years of mentorship/tutoring experience. Makala has held several leadership roles including treasurer of Black Student Union and as a Clinical Assistant for a non-profit medical clinic for under privileged families. Makala encourage like-minded individuals to seek their highest capabilities.
