Through spiritual guidance, Creative Minds Consulting, LLC also known as (CMC) was established in 2016, during a time of deep prayer, reflection and spiritual discernment. CMC's name derives from HR people collaborating ideas based on their individual gifts and talents. We offer virtual externships to HR/Marketing students and other essential services to potential business clients. HR student externs gain the experience necessary to enhance their skills, and our business clients are provided services based on their unique needs.

Ebony Daniels, M.A.
President/CEO
Ebony is a polished professional with
a plethora of experience in training and development in human resources, retail management, and healthcare. Ebony was a member with the Society for Human Resource Management (SHRM) and Detroit SHRM Chapter. Ebony later accepted a board position as Director Professional Development with Detroit SHRM serving 2 years. She led the mentoring program, designed and developed a mentor & protege guide for HR professionals, students, and members transitioning into the HR field. She facilitated structured mentor workshops to promote professional growth. Additionally, Ebony regularly provide mobile and remote notarization services. Ebony's transferable skills has always inspired her to pay it forward to others.
Yolanda Dewberry, MBA
CMC HR Business Consultant
Yolanda Dewberry graduated from Lawrence Technological University in Southfield, Michigan in 2019 with a Master’s in Business Administration emphasizing in Human Resource Management. Yolanda has over 15 years experience in the field of financial services. In addition, she also has over 3 years experience as a Benefit Administrator including managing benefits for employees, keeping them informed, and addressing any questions. Yolanda is a Notary Public with over 15 years as an official appointed representative for the state of Michigan servicing clients. Yolanda’s internship with Creative Minds Consulting has provided her the opportunity to gain experience in various aspects of HR, including recruitment & staffing, performance management, and learning & development. Ultimately, Yolanda's aspiration is to help others succeed. She feels that having the ability to be a positive impact is by building solid relationships with business clients and HR/ Marketing students. "The relationships are priceless!"
Sara Pomponio, BBA
CMC Scholarship Committee
Sara Pomponio is a graduate from the University of Michigan -Dearborn with a Bachelor of Business Administration. She majored in Human Resource Management. Currently, she is working towards her MBA at the same University. During her time there, Sara completed two externships with CMC. These externships helped her gain experience in many areas of Human Resources. Sara is also a member of Beta Gamma Sigma. "Working with externs as they advance professionally is something Sara is glad to have the ability to do!"
Makala Conner

Makala Conner is a Public Health trailblazer with over 5 years of experience in the field. She has a Master's degree in Public Health from The University of Michigan Ann Arbor. Makala is passionate about using evidence-based practices to promote health equity among oppressed populations. She has over 7 years of mentorship/tutoring experience. Makala encourages like-minded individuals to seek their highest capabilities.
Jalen Williams
CM Branding and Operations
Jalen Williams has an extensive background in business management. His participation in multiple highly recognized business programs, such as Distributive Education Clubs of America (DECA) and Michigan Ross Enriching Academics in Collaboration with High Schools (MREACH) provided him with a great foundation in the field. He has over 5 years of customer service and management experience and intends to continue building these specialized skills. Jalen takes pride in consulting, leading and networking with others who share similar goals.
